What we collect

When you complete the booking form we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number, along with your consent choices for text messages. If you go on to book an appointment we also record the date and time you selected.

We do not ask for health information through this website. Anything you wish to tell us about your skin or medical history is discussed with you in person at your consultation.

Why we use it

We use your details to contact you about your free consultation, to confirm and remind you about your appointment, and to answer any questions you send us. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you made, and performance of the arrangement to provide the consultation you asked for.

If you tick the marketing box we will also send you occasional offers and updates. Our lawful basis for that is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing us.

Who we share it with

We use the following providers to run our booking and messaging, and your details are processed by them on our behalf:

HighLevel, our booking, customer records and messaging platform
Twilio and LC Phone, for sending text messages
Google, for calendar scheduling

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Advertising and cookies

This website uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code that tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone visits this page or completes the booking form. We use this to measure whether our advertising is working and to reach people with similar interests. It sets cookies in your browser.

You can control this through your browser cookie settings, and through your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.

How long we keep it

If you enquire but do not book, we keep your details for 12 months and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your contact details for as long as you remain a client and then in line with our clinical record keeping obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
