About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and the booking of a free consultation with TBT Aesthetics, Room E24B, Lynch Lane Offices and Wellbeing Centre, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 9DW.

The consultation

The consultation offered through this website is free and carries no obligation to book or pay for any treatment. It is a conversation about your skin and your goals, and an opportunity for us to give you honest advice.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here should be taken as a recommendation for any specific treatment. Any recommendation is made in person, after we have assessed you, and is specific to you.

Booking and cancellation

When you book you will receive a confirmation by email and, if you have opted in, by text. If you can no longer attend, please let us know as early as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else.

We may need to move or cancel an appointment occasionally. If that happens we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative time.

Messages

By ticking the consent boxes on the booking form you agree to receive text messages from us. Appointment messages are service messages about your booking. Marketing messages are separate and optional. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies and your network's message and data rates may apply.

Results

Any before and after images shown on this website are of real clients, published with their written consent. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. What is achievable for you is discussed at your consultation.
